At Fregate Island, our Housekeeping Supervisor plays an important role in ensuring that our villas, guest areas and resort facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest readiness.
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will support the Housekeeping Manager in coordinating daily operations, supervising the Housekeeping team, assigning duties and conducting regular inspections across villas, public areas and other resort facilities
You will be responsible for maintaining high operational standards, following up on maintenance or service issues, supporting VIP inspections and ensuring guest requests and preferences are handled professionally and efficiently. You will also help train, guide and motivate the Housekeeping team while monitoring performance, grooming and daily operational standards.
This is a hands-on supervisory role. You should be comfortable working alongside the team when required, supporting villa turnovers, deep cleaning and other operational activities, rather than supervising only from a distance.
The role requires someone who is organised, detail-oriented and confident leading a multicultural team in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

We're looking for an experienced female Housekeeping Supervisor who combines strong attention to detail with a practical, hands-on leadership style.
Our ideal candidate is organised, confident supervising a team and comfortable working in a demanding luxury resort environment.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in Housekeeping operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, private villa or high-end hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of luxury Housekeeping standards, cleanliness, presentation and hygiene requirements.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems such as Opera.
- Experience supervising and supporting multicultural operational teams.
- Strong leadership, organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
- A positive, professional and hands-on approach.
- Ability to train, guide and motivate Housekeeping hosts.
- Good spoken English. Additional languages are highly desirable.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on environment, including outdoor conditions.
- Willingness to live and work on a remote private island.
- Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
