At Fregate Island, our Villa Attendants do much more than clean villas—they help create the exceptional first impression and comfort our guests remember throughout their stay.
As a Villa Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining our luxury villas to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest readiness. Every detail matters, from perfectly prepared bedrooms and bathrooms to beautifully presented outdoor spaces, amenities and personalised villa setups.
Working closely with Housekeeping, Guest Services and Engineering, you will help ensure every villa is ready before guests arrive and remains immaculate throughout their stay. You will also interact with guests, responding politely to requests while maintaining professionalism, discretion and respect for their privacy.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working to exceptionally high standards, has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in creating beautiful environments where guests can truly relax.

We're looking for people who genuinely care about quality, presentation and guest comfort.
Our ideal candidate is reliable, organised, physically active and enjoys working in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
You should have:
- At least 2 years' experience in Housekeeping within a hotel, resort, villa or luxury hospitality environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and high personal standards.
- A positive, professional and hands-on attitude.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good spoken English. Additional languages are an advantage.
- A willingness to live and work on a remote private island.
Experience in luxury resorts, private villas or tropical destinations is highly desirable.
- Idioma requerido: Inglés. Arábica, Alemán, Francés, Italiano, Portugués y Español son un plus
