- Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms, offices, common areas, restrooms, hallways, and other designated spaces.
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces as required.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish amenities and supplies.
- Empty trash containers and dispose of waste according to company procedures.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and damaged equipment to supervisors.
- Restock housekeeping carts and cleaning supplies.
- Follow infection control, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning tools safely and effectively.
- Respond promptly to special cleaning requests and customer needs.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working in occupied areas.
- Support team members and assist with additional housekeeping duties as assigned.
