Ensures that all guests receive a courteous and warmly service upon check-in and check-out.
Deliver excellent, friendly, and professional guest service at all times.
Handles complaints with immediate action & through proper follow up.
Ensures that guest data are correctly entered into the system.
Notes down any special requests that guests may have and pass them to the relevant department.

• Working experience of at least 1-2 years in a similar position.
