To support our F&B team, we are looking for you as a Restaurant Supervisor from the coming winter season 2025/2026 for the opening of our Greek restaurant Neora!

* Deputising for the restaurant manager
* Knowledge of all services and products offered by the hotel
* Offering and selling products
* Ensuring cleanliness and order in the workplace
* Managing a station
* Handling guest enquiries, complaints and feedback
* Operating the existing POS system
* Attending and participating in all planned staff meetings, departmental training and training courses initiated by the hotel
* Assisting with the implementation of planned inventories of products and equipment
* Assisting with the management of the service department

* Completed training in a comparable hotel and professional experience in upscale gastronomy
* Several years of experience in a similar position
* Impeccable appearance, well-groomed appearance, as well as conviction through natural charm, communication skills and knowledge of human nature
* Ability to work under pressure, flexibility and very high quality awareness
* Structured and organised way of working
* Great interest in team-oriented work
* Authenticity in Greek service culture
* Very good knowledge of German, English and Greek; any other language is an advantage
