Responsibilities
-          Participation in the development of new dishes in Stage22 kitchen

-          Ensuring everything runs smoothly in the kitchen, managing your own position and being willing
            to go the extra mile

-          Supporting good and collegial cooperation in your own department as well as with other
           departments in the hotel

-          Instructions for comis, clerks, trainees, checking of the respective work

-          Enthusiastic handling of fresh food and its processing

-          Craftsmanship & creativity

-          Service & team orientation

-          Awareness of quality and responsibility

-          Strong relationship to cleanliness and order

 

Competencies
-          Completed culinary training and or eduction 

-          Passion for cooking

-          At least 1 years of professional experience in a restaurant kitchen

-          Asian cooking skill is of benefit 

-          Team-oriented working style

-          Outstanding commitment to hygiene and HACCP

-          Professional experience in a similar position in the upscale restaurant or hotel industry

-          An independent, responsible and committed way of working

-          Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, Latvian and Russian of benefit

-          EU work eligible (passport)
