As an F&B Server, you'll play a vital support role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. From setting and clearing tables to serving food and beverages, your attention to detail and proactive service will ensure a smooth and welcoming environment.
Job Duties & Functions:
* Prepare dining areas by cleaning and setting tables to brand standards.
* Clear dishes discreetly and efficiently while guests are seated.
* Deposit dishware in appropriate areas and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
* Assist in food and beverage delivery, buffet setup, and replenishment.
* Maintain product knowledge of food, wine, and beverage menus.
* Stock and clean bus stations; sweep floors using provided tools.
* Attend all required training sessions and consistently follow Forbes/AAA service standards.
* Support team members with additional restaurant duties as needed.
* Performs other duties and attends meetings, as assigned by hotel/department leadership.
Education & Experience:
* 1 year of experience in a similar or supporting hospitality role preferred.
* Food Handler Certification (as applicable).
* Willingness to learn POS systems and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
* Reliable, hardworking, and passionate about guest service.
* Ability to read, write and converse in English. Additional languages are a plus.
* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
