O Grand Mercure Rio de Janeiro Copacabana pertence ao grupo Accor Hotels. O hotel está localizado em frente à praia de Copacabana, perto das Praias de Ipanema e Leblon. Possui fácil acesso aos principais pontos turísticos do Rio de Janeiro, além de centros comerciais, shoppings, teatros e restaurantes.
Auxiliar o setor de recepção em atividades como: Direcionar os hóspedes para o balcão de check-in, concierge, elevadores ou áreas de lazer, Explicar a localiza, ão de facilidades do hotel, como restaurantes, spa e academia, Entregar e receber cartões / chaves magnéticas dos quartos, Atender chamadas telefônicas, dentre outras.

Ensino médio completo.
Inglês intermediário à fluente.
