BRIEF OVERVIEW OF DUTIES: As part of the Front of House Team, you will be integral in providing high end, personalised and memorable experiences for all of our guests.

  • Deliver all services to the required standard of excellence, as the first port of call for all guests entering the property.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere, anticipating members' and guests needs.
  • Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner with extensive knowledge about all areas of the hotel.
  • Carrying out administrative tasks, making reservations, checking guests in and out of the hotel.
  • Ensure that guests receive a positively unforgettable experience, resulting in repeat business and excellent reputation.
  • Liaise with all departments and communicate effectively with other teams, contractors and guest requests. 
  • Carrying out security patrols and ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests during their stay
  • Assisting guests with their forward travel plans and making reservations as required.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in the hospitality industry would be a bonus, but not essential.
  • High Standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
  • Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility with shift times/availability.
