We are excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join the Hilton Geneva team, with a dedicated focus on the Middle East and Diplomatic market segment. This role is essential to our strategic growth in these key sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract and retain business from the Middle East and Diplomatic sectors.
- Build strong relationships with embassies, consulates, government agencies, and Middle Eastern corporate clients.
- Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings to generate leads and close deals.
- Leverage in-depth local market intelligence and a strong understanding of allocated GOB's market, including: traveler behavior, and the broader economic landscape to identify high-potential opportunities. Combine these insights with refined soft skills to tailor client-centric, results-driven sales strategies
- Represent the hotel at international trade shows, industry events, and sales missions focused on the Middle East region to strengthen relationships, enhance brand visibility, and secure new business opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with marketing and revenue teams to develop targeted promotions and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using Hilton's CRM systems.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to the Director of Sales and senior management.
What are we looking for :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with proven success in the Middle East and/or Diplomatic sectors.
- Excellent knowledge of key international markets for Geneva
- Strong understanding of Middle Eastern culture and diplomatic protocol.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in French, English and Arabic is required
- Knowledge of Hilton sales systems and global standards is preferred.
