What you'll do

You'll be at the heart of the hotel experience, helping create memorable stays for our guests.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests and handling check-ins and check-outs
• Assisting with reservations via phone and email
• Supporting guests with questions, requests, and recommendations
• Processing payments and preparing guest bills
• Resolving guest concerns with a positive, solution-focused approach
• Learning how hotel operations work behind the scenes
• Promoting hotel services, room upgrades, restaurants, and special offers

What we're looking for

• Currently studying or recently graduated
• Fluent English (additional languages are a bonus)
• Friendly, confident, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
