What will your responsibilities be?
1) PR and Media Communication
* Creating and distributing simple press releases
* Communicating with media partners and journalists
* Actively negotiating, organizing, and overseeing the execution of partnership and sponsorship agreements
* Coordinating and supervising press trips organized by third parties
* Managing collaborations with influencers and hotel visits
2) Marketing and Campaign Execution
* Supporting the Food & Drinks department, which includes five restaurants and bars, with various marketing initiatives - from small projects to large campaigns
* Ensuring marketing support in areas such as:
* Development and distribution of printed materials
* Website updates and content adjustments
* Coordination of online marketing campaigns
* Promotion of events through partner websites and platforms
* Planning and coordinating photoshoots and video production for marketing campaigns and promotions
* Assisting in the communication, promotion, and organization of key corporate events by providing marketing support, developing creative ideas, managing deadlines, and overseeing PR activities
3) Social Media
* Supporting event promotion
* Occasionally creating content
* Assisting in campaign management
* Engaging in community management, including occasional guest interactions and responses
Who are we looking for?
A creative team player with at least three years of experience in marketing or PR, fluent Czech (native level), and excellent English skills. Attention to detail, responsibility, and strong organizational skills are key for this role.
