Hotel de alto padrão localizado no litoral de São Paulo, com forte atuação em hospitalidade, lazer e eventos. O empreendimento conta com ampla estrutura de hospedagem, gastronomia, entretenimento e convenções, proporcionando experiências completas para hóspedes de lazer e corporativos. Reconhecido pelo foco em excelência no atendimento, qualidade operacional e experiência do cliente.

Executar serviços de pintura e conservação em apartamentos, áreas comuns, áreas externas e equipamentos do hotel, realizando preparação de superfícies, aplicação de tintas e acabamentos. Auxiliar nas atividades gerais de manutenção, realizando pequenos reparos e ajustes necessários à conservação das instalações, além de apoiar as demandas de manutenção.
