Travailler en cuisine, c’est avant tout un travail d’équipe et de cohésion. Vous êtes reconnu pour votre relationnel et votre sens de la précision. Vous êtes responsable et autonome. Vous avez toujours cette passion pour la gastronomie, non seulement pour son inventivité mais également pour son indispensable attention aux détails. Pour être à l’aise dans notre brigade, vous vous exprimez aussi bien en Français que dans la langue de Shakespeare.
Sous la responsabilité du Chef des cuisines, vos principales missions seront :
• Réaliser la mise en place et la préparation des aliments avant le service
• Préparer, achever les plats et assurer l’approvisionnement des plats pendant le service
• Disposer et garnir les aliments sur les assiettes ou plats avec goût et raffinement
• Contrôler le stock de sa partie et transmettre les commandes à son supérieur
• Coordonner et superviser les commis sur les préparations et s’assurer du respect des recettes
• Participer aux concertations de travail avec ses collègues et supérieurs
• Etre force de proposition pour de nouvelles préparations, plats ou présentations.
