Join Our Front Desk Team at Hotel Petersboden & Hohe Welt Luxury Apartments
Hotel Petersboden is a warm, family-run hotel with just the right mix of charm, character, and a relaxed but stylish vibe. With only 19 individually designed rooms (around 45 beds), we offer our guests a personal, boutique-style experience right on the ski slopes, hiking paths, and mountain biking trails of the Arlberg.
Our reception is the heart of the hotel – it's where first impressions are made, where guests feel welcome, and where smooth, thoughtful service sets the tone for their stay. As a receptionist here, you're more than a point of contact – you're part of the experience. Our guests include loyal regulars, families, active adventurers, and those who appreciate high-end comfort in a relaxed, intimate setting.
We also manage Hohe Welt Luxury Apartments, a nearby retreat just five minutes away from the main house. These four exclusive apartments attract guests who seek luxury, tranquility, and complete privacy. You'll occasionally support communication and coordination for these guests as well, always with a focus on discretion and excellent service.

- 1.500 - 2.500 EUR per month (after tax) plus benefits
- Very nice single room in staff quarters (different options on- or off-site available) and ALL MEALS are included in your package.
- The listed salary is an approximate figure and may vary depending on your experience and qualifications. It is based on a 48-hour work week and reflects the net (after-tax) amount; various additional benefits (tips, overtime, holiday compensation, bank holiday benefits etc) will be paid extra and increase this sum. Accommodation, meals, as well as health and accident insurance are fully covered as part of your employment package. We also offer mobility packages and seasonal ski passes free or at a heavily discounted rate - let us know if you are interested.

Sobre ti
We’re looking for someone with a background in hospitality – ideally with previous front-desk experience – who is confident, reliable, and enjoys connecting with people. Our work environment is friendly and informal, but it can get busy at times, especially in high season. If you thrive under pressure and can keep your cool with a smile, you'll feel right at home here.
You should bring:
- Experience in hospitality, preferably at a hotel front desk
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- A warm, welcoming personality and professional demeanor
- Comfort with digital tools and online booking systems
- Team spirit and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- A calm head during busy periods
Language skills are essential.
Because we welcome guests from all over the world, excellent spoken and written English is a must. German skills are a big plus – especially for working with local service providers and handling admin tasks – but if you're not fully fluent in German, it’s not a deal-breaker. What matters most is that you can communicate clearly, warmly, and professionally.
