Summary
As a Concierge, your missions can be very varied, ranging from reception to a taxi reservation, a restaurant or a train ticket, including dry cleaning.
The concierge also has a role of welcoming and providing information to visitors, whether physically, by telephone or by email
Qualifications
· Make external reservations requested by customers and ensure necessary follow-up with the customer.
