Summary
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Concierge is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Concierge within the Rooms Division.
Qualifications
Diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management with minimum of 2 years of experience. Preferably a member of the 'Clefs d'Or'.
