- Report all problems pertaining to guest’s satisfaction with the reservation and seating procedure received immediately to Restaurant Manager
- Check the restaurant service area and the Menu before service begin
- Maintain all table allocation
- Follow all procedure and reservation system
- Proper in greet the customer in friendly manner using the Restaurant Style
- Acknowledge repeating guest & greet them by name
- Make the reservation
- Taking care of the guest’s inquiries
- Escort guest to table and help them to sit by pulling out the chair (lady first)
- Know seating pattern to prevent overcrowd and obtain by using seating flow plan
