Summary

1. Assist the senior management of the hotel in collecting information on issues arising from customer service throughout the entire hotel operation.

2. The Deputy Front Office Manager is responsible for the normal operation of the entire hotel during the shift period under the direct leadership of the Front Office Manager.

3. Responsible for handling guest issues and complaints.

4. Responsible for welcoming important guests.

5. Conduct safety and daily equipment inspections for the entire hotel.

6. Resolve safety issues that occur during the shift.

7. Coordinate with other shifts on the matters that need to be communicated in the handover record.

Qualifications

1. College degree or above, with at least 1 year of work experience in the same position.

2. Able to engage in front desk service in fluent English with a good image and temperament, proficient in computer operation, and possessing strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.

3. With a dignified appearance, passionate about hotel work, dedicated to business research, quick reflexes, good communication skills, and good management and coordination abilities, they can effectively play their roles in management, leadership, and supervision.

4. Pay attention to details, have a sense of responsibility in work, dare to take responsibility, and have strong execution ability.

5. Have ambition, good learning ability, and ability to handle pressure.
