What you will do:
- To perform daily operating procedures established for the Plateau spa accommodations.
- To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of spa services and products and the ability to up sell alternatives.
- Ensure a high level of guest relations and service and communication by providing prompt and courteous personalised service.
- Ensure that all therapy room related forms and reports are updated and completed in time.
- Provide training and development of staff to ensure that the highest standards of service are achieved and maintained.
Qualifications
- Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality / Tourism Management.
- Minimum 2 years of similar experience in large scale hospitality establishment desirable.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills are a must.
