We are seeking a well-experienced Sales Manager who will work on generating new business, and leverage on World of Hyatt to encourage loyal Hyatt guests to enjoy the grand life.  You will ensure that rooms revenue is within expectation, maximize revenue and profits, and drive hotel's positive performance in the marketplace.

 

In this role, you will develop, implement, maximize, monitor, and evaluate the hotel’s sales strategy to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue figures in rooms, events, and all other revenue-generating departments. You will ensure sales activities are aligned with the corporate marketing strategy and hotel actions have been implemented where appropriate. You will also be reviewing sales files and systems to ensure correct booking procedures, including group room and meeting program history, contractual agreements, room block analysis, and credit and payment documents.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates shall meet the following criteria:

  • Progressive career in Sales in a 5-star luxury property, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving, strategy formulation and account development skills with high regard for details and accuracy
  • Passion for working with people
