Duties and responsibilities related to the Spa Manager role
- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the successful operation and profitability of the spa facility within the luxury hotel setting
- Oversee the hiring, training, and management of spa colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence in guest service and professionalism
- Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols in accordance with industry regulations and brand standards
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create innovative promotions and packages to attract and retain guests, driving revenue growth
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting for the spa department, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
- Continuously assess and enhance the spa's offerings, including treatments, amenities, and facilities, to exceed guest expectations and maintain competitiveness in the market
About you
