Summary
  • Provide guidance to clients on the procedures at the spa.
  • Answer telephone calls, provide accurate information and handle appointments.
  • Keep the reception area clean and conducive for clients. 
  • Introduce new beauty products to clients and educate them on their uses and benefits.
  • Keep clients updated on currently available promotions and discounts in services offered and process payments.
  • Assist in getting client feedback on level of services delivered in order to improve on service delivery.
Qualifications

*Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum a year of work experience as a Spa Receptionist/ Or Desk Assistant in hotel operations. 

*Excellent phone etiquettes and communicational skills are a must.
