日常業務内容:

＜大阪オフィスにおいて、ホテル宿泊予約の管理、各問い合わせ対応等に携わっていただきます＞

予約情報を適切に取り扱いシステムに反映させ、適正な客室在庫およびレート管理の一端を担う。
また、ゲストのご滞在が思い出深いものとなるよう、滞在前からゲストサービスに関与する。

• ゲストの予約、変更、キャンセルのリクエストに迅速、丁寧かつ効率的に対応する（電話・メール・各種サイト）
• 予約の受付と支払い処理の管理
• ゲストの要望への迅速な対応と正確な情報提供
• 問題解決と最後までお客様へのサポートを提供すること
• レジャー、グループ、法人顧客、旅行代理店など、さまざまな予約の管理
   

応募者に求めるもの:
【経験・スキル】

• オペレーター経験を有する方、もしくはホテル宿泊部門の経験を有する方
• 基本的なPC操作/Microsoft Office(Word/ Excel /Power Point )
• 同僚とのスムーズなコミュニケーションスキル
• Operaシステムの経験のある方優遇
• 新しいことにチャレンジしたい方歓迎
• 多様性のある職場環境でスキルを磨きたい方歓迎
   

【語学】

• 必須：日本語、英語で電話応対ができる方
• 中国語、韓国語できる方歓迎
