岗位简述：确定并履行酒店数字化及电子商务业务的运营，以支持酒店达到整体业务目标。
负责酒店数字化战略的指定和落实，旨在高效触达跨直销、分销渠道，跨付费、社交及自由媒体的受众群。在直销渠道方面，工作主要覆盖：内容营销；搜索引擎广告；社交媒体；展示广告等。在第三方渠道方面，工作主要覆盖对于在OTA 及类似在线机构的开发与合作。
与此同时，保持对于营销以及所在市场环境的全面理解与知识储备，并传递到相关的部门及团队。在集团支持中心相关措施协同，酒店所指定和履行的分销及数字营销相关的战略及实践，需致力于提升系统贡献率指标。

岗位要求：

1.在商务或相关主题下的本科学位、酒店行业相关的经验
2.至少两年在中国地区的电子商务、旅游行业或酒店行业的从业经验
3.对数字生态有较好的认识和理解，特别是从流量到转化的全过程
4.人际相关技能：谈判能力，建立和维护商务关系的能力

5.管理渠道和供应商的经验

6.整合营销（数字化、社交、公共关系、转化）的经验
