3. 参加月度销售会议

协助所需之处完成促销活动

1. 按照主管指令组织商业秀, 会议及展会
2. 与洲际旗下其它品牌合作并协助包括区域销售人员销售其酒店产品
3. 与广告代理商联系
4. 印刷宣传品的库存管理
5. 及时完成广告和简报制作

对进行直接邮递的印刷宣传品进行设计并制作，并协助客房及会议的宣传促销活

1. 维护和更新宣传单
2. 维护和更新饭店指示牌
3. 协助并保持对公司客户的礼品及宣传品的供给
4. 协助对新产品及服务的预备工作
5. 协助为酒店规划发展促销策略和市场推广计划
