岗位职责
1、直接负责贴身管家的工作。
2、对酒店的宾客提供礼貌专业的服务；协助重要宾客的入住和离店。
3、确保工作区域内的所有设备处于良好工作状态。
4、宾客有要求时，为预计离店的宾客安排出租车、机场班车的服务。
5、熟练掌握店内信息，提供准确的问讯服务。

岗位要求
1、专科以上学历，有类似岗位工作经验2年以上
2、身体健康，品貌端正，形象气质佳。
3、具有良好的语言能力：英语和普通话。

4、优秀的交际能和沟通技巧。
5、善于同宾客交往、沟通，处理周到、果断，能独立处理各种投诉。
