What we need from you

• Previous experience in baking in a hotel/restaurant setting 
• Knowledge of making croissant, Danish breakfast pastries 
• Wide knowledge of bread making with concentration in sourdough baking technics
• Ability to order, produce and set up bakery display in buffets, pastry shop
• Reliable, creative with good organization skills as well as leadership
• Strong Team player for a newly concept of the hotel's restaurants and events
• Be able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel
