岗位职责（宴会及会议销售）：

1. 在会议销售总监和销售经理的领导和监督下, 协助完成行政管理工作；
2. 准确地收发及处理来电、传真、来往函件；
3. 负责处理及存档销售总监和销售经理所有的报价、合同等；
4. 管理客户档案及文具和其它办公用品；
5. 负责领导的出差申请和报销；
6.带领客人参观宴会场地；
7.及时发布团队摘要和BEO。

职位要求：
1. 大专及以上文化程度，在五星级以上酒店工作1年以上，熟悉餐饮、客房、前厅、宴会等业务知识者优先；
2. 沟通协调能力强；
3. 熟练使用Office软件；
4. 良好的英文交流及书写能力。
