As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our hotel's housekeeping department. Your responsibilities will include supervising and motivating a team of housekeeping attendants, maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards and contributing to the overall success of the hotel.

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our housekeeping team; ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks.
- Train and mentor new housekeeping attendants to ensure high quality service delivery.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness meets hotel standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
What we need from you
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a hotel’s housekeeping department.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid New Zealand working rights.
