Located in the business and leisure hub of the city, InterContinental® Regency Bahrain offers its guests the perfect location from where to explore the exciting face of Manama. The hotel offers 304 spacious rooms including 4 club floors and 36 luxurious suites. Each room is designed to meet the needs and the expectations of the modern traveler. A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Supervises day to day operation of restaurants, maintains high quality of service.
• Taking initiatives to generate revenue and achieve the financial targets.
• Monitoring and providing the needs of the restaurants to ensure service efficiency.

What we need from you:

• Minimum of 2 years’ strong skill base and experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel
• Bachelor's degree holder / higher education qualification / equivalent in hotel management or related field
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• High level of passion, enthusiasm and drive for results
• Demonstrating a ‘service’ attitude
• Highly organized and focused
• Experience in the Middle East a plus
