Role Purpose: As the IT Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guaranteeing efficient performance and robust security measures. Your responsibilities will include installing and maintaining systems to enhance hotel operations and guest experiences while adhering to industry technology standards.

Key Accountabilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for computer hardware servicing
• Stay updated on emerging technologies
• Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software
• Uphold rigorous data and physical security standards
• Facilitate user training and act as a liaison with external vendors
• Collaborate with department heads to address IT-related issues
• Evaluate technology lifecycle and recommend upgrades
• Conduct routine inventory checks and network inspections
• Assist in budget preparation and resource planning

Key Skills & Experiences:

• Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in computer setup and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in networks, operating systems, and databases
• Familiarity with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
