Training opportunities are available across Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Culinary departments at a selection of 4-star hotels and hospitality properties, including both internationally recognized brands and boutique hotels.

Opportunity Details

Location: Louisville, Kentucky
Program Duration: 12 months
Departments: Front Office, Food & Beverage, Culinary
Compensation: $15–$18 USD per hour
Accommodation: 2 weeks of temporary accommodation provided upon arrival
Training: Hands-on experience within a professional U.S. hospitality environment

What You Can Expect

Participants will gain practical experience while developing their hospitality skills within established hotel and resort environments. Depending on the department and training plan, opportunities may include exposure to:

Front Office

Guest services and hotel operations
Reservations and front desk procedures
Guest relations and service standards

Food & Beverage

Restaurant and bar operations
