Description

Key Responsibilities
- They support and initiate transfer, cross exposure and task force assignments for their team.
- Responsible for following and understanding all Kempinski Policies & Procedure.
- Responsible for supporting and encouraging training of all staff in financial matters.
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling all revenues and expenses and making the corresponding recommendations when needed.
- Responsible for developing the annual business plan together with the General Manager and Executive Committee.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- College degree or above.
- More than 5 years of work experience in the same position in international five-star hotel is preferred
