Description
Receptionist functions are planned, coordinated and implemented.
Day-to-day activities of the office building front desk are running smoothly, with the directive of the Property Executive.
Key Responsibilities
Warmly welcome customers, take the initiative to say hello, good manners, dress
clean and tidy.
Absent is strictly forbidden in the reception desk, in case of special circumstances,
ask the approval from the property executive, then leave.
Politely answer the phone quickly, make phone records, follow up on the clients
requests with relevant department.
Accurate answer the incoming calls, don’t leak client’s private information.
Patience to answer customer's all kinds of inquiries.
Receiving visitors have to ask their purpose clearly, contact with relevant company
and direct the location clearly.
Customer complaint, whether right or not, smile to accept, and detailed records of
complaints, immediately report to the superior leadership
To center facilities and service quality with respect to the customer opinion or the suggestion, timely reporting to the superior leadership and make detailed records.
Fill engineering repair order and record.
Maintain the cleanliness of the reception desk, table, in addition to telephone stationery and related lists and center company publicity material, any other items shall not be placed on the table; The ground clean, don't put any irrelevant items.
Plan submitted to the office supplies needs for the office on a regular basis;
In a timely manner to complete the specific tasks assigned by the superiors, do a good job in succession record fill in handover.
Understand and record the problems occurred at work in time and delivery matters.
Complete other work assigned by the property executive.
Register customers detail information if they want to visit any floor;
Bookbinding register form monthly basis.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
NATIONALITY: Eligible for a working permit in country of hire
EDUCATION: High School Graduate or equivalent
EXPERIENCE: To fill the position, one of the following is required:
3-5 years related experience
LANGUAGE: Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment:
English – excellent oral and written skills
Additional language - beneficial
