The Logistics Assistant's daily and weekly tasks are varied and defined by the management team in order to facilitate operations at the station: **Summary of Key Responsibilities:** The Logistics Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of resort properties. Responsibilities include: * Undertaking tasks assigned by management to support daily operations. * Adhering to shift schedules set by the management team. * Covering for the Maintenance Manager as needed and performing basic maintenance tasks. * Managing waste and recycling, conducting wellness checks, and cleaning duties. * Performing regular property checks and managing firewood stocks. * Coordinating stores and guest luggage requirements. * Assisting with snow clearing. * Supporting team during guest bookings and purchasing supplies as instructed. * Upholding company standards, attending meetings, and ensuring compliance with regulations. * Reporting any damage or incidents promptly. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a high level of service and safety standards. You will need to combine an enthusiastic and professional approach to both our brands, Le Collectionist and Bramble Ski, and above all demonstrate a genuine passion and knowledge of the luxury travel industry.
