Le Louise Hotel Brussels 5*, the first MGallery hotel in Belgium, is looking for its future Revenue Manager.

Main Duties

 

  • To maximize rooms revenue given a RevPAR perspective.
  • To maximize hotel revenue through the implementation of individual & group inventory management and pricing strategies.
  • Successfully produce the most efficient business mix whilst maximizing average rate.
  • To manage inventory through proper management of CRS, Internet point of sale, PMS and all other distribution channels.
  • Responsible for accurate forecasting and budgeting activities.
  • To support and monitor the reservations department.
  • To optimize the use and proper management of TARS and contribute to the development maintenance of Revenue Management Systems.
  • Responsible for devising the most competitive approach versus competition.
  • To consult third intermediaries to gain maximum exposure & revenue.
  • To ensure market segmentation definition and proper usage.
  • In charge of rates loading.
  • Responsible for the launch of head office lead revenue management projects.
  • Responsible for holding and leading the weekly revenue meeting.
  • Responsible for attending daily “RevMax” meeting and leading group quotations.
  • In charge of producing month end reports with strong emphasis on past, current and future performance analysis as well as action planning.
  • In collaboration with the Director of Sales, responsible for challenging and devising revenue management/sales strategies.
  • Development of high contribution distribution channels and ability to rapidly understand/highlight market trends.
  • Strong ability to analyze market conditions and revenue generating opportunities.
  • To analyze and present hotel results when required at board meetings and business review meetings.

Job requirements


• Proven track record in Revenue Management (success stories) within either branded or none branded 5 star quality hotel.

• Skills – Pricing, Inventory, Positioning. Objective setting, Measurement & Control.

• Proven ability to re-position hotel revenue management strategies in a high place and aggressive competitive market.

• Strong acumen in sales management and ability to successfully collaborate with the Director of Sales.

• Detailed, well spoken, good analytical skills and results driven individual with a passion for revenue management.

• Independent, drives the business, risk taker and ability to confidently make rapid decisions.

• Strong commitment to excellence.

• Excellent planning, organizational, development, execution and leadership qualifications.

• High impact individual with a proven ability to design and deliver innovative/creative and productive performance.

• International experience.

• Hotel & Catering qualification.

• Excellent knowledge and proven abilities in working with Excel.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in revenue management.

• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
