Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized and exceptional butler service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met with attention to detail.
- Oversee the seamless delivery of service to guests, ensuring satisfaction at every stage of their stay.
- Maintain hygiene standards and adhere to F&B SOPs to ensure safe and high-quality service.
- Set up and clear restaurant dining areas, ensuring a clean and inviting environment.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively create memorable experiences.
- Ensure that all guest requests are handled efficiently and promptly, following the resort's standards.
- Assist with special arrangements for guests, such as reservations, activities, and events.
- Maintain and manage inventory for butler services and related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to swim
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Guest-oriented with a focus on personalized service
- Hands-on approach to managing operations

We are seeking a passionate Arabic Speaking Female Butler with previous experience in an International 5* resort / hotel / Restaurant.
Position Requirements:
The successful candidate will display a thorough knowledge of relevant experience. The successful candidate will possess the skills to enable excellent service delivery. You must be fluent in written and spoken English. Furthermore, you should be able to adapt to an island lifestyle in a remote location, be willing to working with a multinational staff and be flexible in your approach.
