Key Responsibilities
Who You Are
You are a builder of experiences — not just a manager. You have an instinct for quality, but you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty. You thrive in settings where beauty, purpose, and pragmatism meet.
You’ve worked in hospitality or lifestyle-driven environments, perhaps led a boutique hotel, a creative retreat, or an independent restaurant group. You’ve seen what it means to deliver service with authenticity, to elevate the everyday, and to build teams that care.
You’re strategic but human, rigorous with budgets but sensitive to craft. You might have lived or worked abroad, but you’re now looking for meaning and connection — to be part of something long-term, something rooted.
You care about sustainability not as a buzzword, but as a way of being. You believe that regenerative thinking, cultural richness, and economic resilience can live in the same place.
Above all, you’re ready to help build a model for the future — of hospitality, of rural life, of creativity on the land.
