YOUR DUTIES

Control of daily revenues and ensuring weekly and timely reporting.
Uniform control of revenues, according to legal requirements, in order to provide sufficient information
Processing of daily expenses from the Food & Beverage and Rooms departments.
Control of all invoices within the house
Ensure adequate control of vouchers, certificates and receipts
Coordination of documentation and paperwork
Preparing and supporting internal and external audits
Developing reports, presentations and documentation
Collaboration with internal and external colleagues and partners

YOUR PROFILE

successfully completed vocational training in hotel industry, commercial training or studies
first professional experience in accounting
very good MS Office knowledge, strong Excel skills
excellent communication
high attention to detail, structured way of working and quick learning ability
very good German and English language skills
