Job description
- Preparation and presentation of high quality breakfast dishes in accordance with our standards and guest requirements
- Ensuring the freshness and quality of raw materials and ingredients
- Collaborating with the kitchen team and other hotel departments to achieve an excellent guest experience
- Maintaining hygiene and safety standards
Required
- At least 2 years' experience in the industry
- Knowledge of gastronomic techniques and trends
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high standard of quality
- Communication and team spirit
- Willingness to continuously improve and learn new things
- Knowledge of Czech and English at a communicative level
