YOUR DUTIES

• Maximize prevention of crime through regular presence in all areas of the hotel.
• To ensure all colleagues have a sound knowledge of FLHSSE policies and procedures.
• To ensure the incident recording system is constantly updated and all relevant information is recorded appropriately, which includes a full accurate update on GuardTek.
• To be responsible for issuing and controlling hard keys & electronic keys, keeping accurate and up o date records and logs.
• To be responsible for the management of the CCTV system and co-ordinate all maintenance as required and when required.
• To be responsible for the planning, training, and conducting scenarios of the hotel annual Business Continuity Pan.
• To conduct investigation meetings with hotel guests and colleagues (as appropriate) and be responsible for submitting all completed reports in a timely manner

YOUR PROFILE

• Police or military background desired
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in the security field
• Ability to understand effective approaches of communication with different individuals
• Able to communicate clearly with peers and supervisors
• Comfortable in leading cross functional and multi-cultural teams
• Good command of verbal and written communication in German and English
• Knowledge of firefighting equipment
• Knowledge of CCTV operation
• First aid and CPR trained
• Knowledge of handling emergency situations and evacuations
