CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
• High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
OR
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
YOUR PERSONAL IMPACT
Serves as the property Manager on Duty and oversees all property operations during the overnight shift. Ensures that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided during the overnight shift. Represents property management in resolving any guest or property related situation. Personally assisting in resolving any issues and completing tasks.

- An individual with strong interpersonal skills and good people management ability is required
- Being innovative, pro-active and reliable, able to work alone and within a team
- Sufficient experience in a similar position and strong Front Office / Managerial experience are preferred.
- We are looking for a special person - an ambassador who must have a passion for hospitality, being a role model as a leader and having a drive for sales.

- Provides services that meet and exceed guest expectations at every turn, ensuring ongoing repeat business and loyalty from our guests.
- Improves service offering from all departments by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.
- Manages day-to-day operations, ensuring its high quality, maintaining & exceeding standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
- Performing role of Manager on Duty when on shift.
- Assist FOM in all areas to ensure a correct and smoothly-operating department.
- Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
