As a Front Office Trainee at our Spa, you will play a pivotal role as the face of Mas de Torrent's wellness experience. Your mission? To be the welcoming presence our spa guests encounter, ensuring their visit is nothing short of extraordinary. From managing appointments to providing insightful information about our spa services, your dedication will set the tone for a rejuvenating guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Warmly welcoming spa guests with a smile and professional demeanor.
Efficiently managing spa appointments and services.
Offering comprehensive information about our spa facilities and treatments.
Handling incoming calls and addressing guest inquiries promptly.
Facilitating seamless guest check-ins and check-outs for spa services.
Resolving any issues or concerns with grace and efficiency.
Maintaining a pristine reception area for an inviting spa ambiance.
Collaborating closely with other spa and hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
What We Require:
We're seeking candidates who embody our dedication to excellence. To thrive in this role, you should possess:

Enrollment in or recent graduation from a tourism, hospitality, or related program.
Proficiency in both Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced spa environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and spa management systems (a plus!).
Impeccable presentation and a keen eye for detail.
