Role Overview

The Revenue Executive will support the day-to-day revenue management of MGM Muthu Hotels’ UK portfolio, working to maximise room revenue, occupancy, and overall hotel performance.

This role is ideal for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially minded, with a strong interest in hotel revenue strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies across UK hotels
  • Manage and update room rates in line with demand, seasonality, and market conditions
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends
  • Support BAR (Best Available Rate) strategies and promotional pricing
  • Produce and maintain accurate occupancy and revenue forecasts
  • Analyse historical performance, pickup, and booking trends
  • Identify periods of high and low demand and recommend appropriate actions
  • Track performance against budget, forecast, and previous year
  • Monitor key revenue KPIs including: Occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate) AND RevPAR
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance
  • Support management of distribution channels including brand websites, OTAs, and third-party partners
  • Ensure rate parity and availability across all channels
  • Work closely with E-commerce teams to optimise channel mix and drive direct bookings
  • Assist in reducing dependency on high-cost distribution channels
  • Work closely with Sales teams on group and corporate pricing
  • Support Operations with demand forecasts and occupancy planning
  • Liaise with Marketing and E-commerce on campaigns and promotions
  • Support UK hotels with revenue-related queries and guidance
  • Use PMS, RMS, and channel management systems effectively
  • Ensure accuracy of data across revenue systems
  • Support system updates, audits, and new hotel onboarding where required


Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a revenue, reservations, or commercial role within hospitality
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into commercial actions
  • Good understanding of hotel pricing and demand patterns
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator, able to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel within England and Scotland
  • Previous hotel revenue management experience
  • Experience using PMS, RMS, and channel management systems
  • Knowledge of OTA and distribution strategies
  • Experience with reporting tools and Excel
  • Full UK driving licence
