We are currently looking for a highly professional Front Office Manager to join our 5-star luxury hotel in Rome. The ideal candidate will bring international exposure, outstanding leadership skills and a collaborative approach to managing large teams within a luxury environment.
- Lead and oversee all Front Office operations with fairness and consistency
- Manage, motivate and develop a large multicultural team
- Deliver an elegant, seamless and personalised guest experience
- Work closely with Reservation, Concierge, Housekeeping and Maintenance, Butlers and F&B departments
- Monitor operational performance, service quality and departmental KPIs
- Handle guest relations and complex situations with professionalism and confidence
- Ensure the highest international luxury hospitality standards are consistently maintained
- Ensure strict compliance and seamless application of all LHW and Anantara Brand Standards.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Front Office Manager within luxury hospitality
- Mandatory international working experience abroad
- Fluent English is essential
- Knowledge of at least one additional language is preferred
- Italian preferred but not mandatory
- Strong professional standing and executive presence
- Proven team building and large team management skills
- Highly collaborative leadership style
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of tha culture will be valued
