Job Description
Complex Learning Coordinator, you will support Cluster Learning Manager & Complex Learning Executive in driving Learning Function in properties. From day one, you will be involved in organizing training activities, and supporting/promoting learning and development opportunities. You will also support Team Members with advice on how best to improve team member’s skills and capabilities in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• SLITHM Diploma.
• Previous experience in Training & Development OR in a related Field
• English speaking, writing, and understanding.
• Strong communication skills and keen to assist people with their learning and development with proven people management skills.
• Designing and supplying a variety of training styles
