Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Service Employee who will be the one who resolves technical malfunctions and problems by examining the signal, carry out preventive work to prevent malfunctions. Together with your direct colleagues from the technical department, you ensure that preventive maintenance, periodic checks and requests for technical defects from colleagues and guests will be executed smoothly.

Your main tasks:

Carry out maintenance and repair work within the hotel;
Resolve technical problems reported by guests or colleagues;
Carrying out inspections;
Complete reports and inspection lists and maintain the logbook;
Report damage or dangerous situations;
Maintain close contact with all departments in the hotel;
Report difficulties in procedures and/or performance, propose improvement ideas;
Carrying out periodic maintenance work;
Carrying out installation work;
Manage the work inventory and equipment;
Co-coordinate and monitor work by external companies for carrying out repairs, maintenance and renovations.

Qualifications

Service oriented and technically skilled with a focus on quality;
Work under pressure is easy for you. Keeping your head cool and find the right solutions even in the most demanding situations;
As a technically-minded individual, you have a fast understanding of various installations and maintenance work;
You are a practical problem solver with a can-do attitude and you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get to work;
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language, Dutch is a plus.
