We are growing and looking for experienced:

• Cleaners - Savory & Bakery Production Area

MJM Production Limited is looking for reliable and hardworking Cleaners to support the hygiene and cleanliness standards of our Savory and Bakery production areas.

This role is important to the smooth running of our food production operation. The selected candidates will help ensure that work areas, equipment, surfaces, floors, utensils, and production spaces are kept clean, safe, and ready for daily operations.

We are looking for people who take pride in clean work, understand the importance of hygiene in food production, and can work responsibly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize the Savory and Bakery production areas according to company standards.
• Clean floors, work surfaces, trays, racks, equipment, walls, drains, and other assigned areas.
• Support daily, deep-cleaning, and end-of-shift cleaning routines.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
• Report any hygiene, maintenance, pest-control, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Dispose of waste correctly and maintain clean waste-management areas.
• Work closely with production and quality teams to keep the areas inspection-ready.
• Maintain a professional, disciplined, and reliable approach to attendance and work standards.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred, especially in food production, bakery, catering, hospitality, supermarket, or industrial environments.
• Good understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work in a production environment with strong attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to stand, bend, lift, and carry out repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or early/late hours when required.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred.
• Food handling or hygiene training will be considered an asset.
