Our kitchen serves several points of sale: The restaurant, the bar and the room service. Within a team of 10 people in the kitchen, your main tasks will be:
- Bring from the commissary all the products necessary for the implementation,
- Assist the brigade in the preparation of the implementation,
- Collect any equipment required for the work,
- Assist the brigade in the preparation of cooking,
- Clean workplaces and refrigerators,
- Assist the brigade in the drafting of purchase orders,
- Ensure the correct rotation of fresh products,
- Clear, store and clean worktops and instruments,
- Apply and respect the rules of hygiene.
